What we make for a barbecue
Be clear about what BBQ means here. We cook in a commercial kitchen, not over a pit at your party. There is no on-site smoking and the menu does not include ribs. What we do make well:
- BBQ Pulled Pork, $95 a tray, serves 20.
- Beef Brisket, $80 a tray, with a larger size at $150.
- Italian Beef Au Jus, $90 a tray, with a larger size at $150, which pairs with Fresh Baked French Rolls, $11.99 a dozen.
- Boneless Wings, $69 a tray, 60 pieces, if you want something to hold in the hand before the sandwiches.
BBQ Chicken is also on our hot buffet entrée list, which you can browse in the buffet entrées. It is part of a buffet price, not sold as a tray.
A cookout for 60 guests
Trays serve about 20, so three of each covers 60.
- 3 trays BBQ Pulled Pork, $95 each: $285
- 3 trays Slider Sandwich Buns, $12 each: $36
- 3 trays BBQ Baked Beans, $49 each: $147
- 3 trays Baked Macaroni & Cheese, $59 each: $177
- 3 trays Creamy Cole Slaw, $55 each: $165
That is $810, or $13.50 a person. With 9.25% sales tax it comes to about $885. Add plates, napkins and silverware at $1.50 a person ($90 for 60), and a chafing dish set at $17 for each hot tray you want to keep warm. Tongs and serving spoons are $1 each.
How much per person
We sell by the tray, not by the pound, so we plan by headcount. One pork tray serves 20 as listed. If pork is the only meat and your crowd comes hungry, add a tray and tell us the headcount when you call. We would rather you have leftover pork than a gap in the line. The full math for pork is in how much pulled pork per person.
The hot buffet option
If you would rather not manage trays, a delivered hot buffet starts at $18.99 a person on Buffet Menu 1, and pulled pork is one of its listed entrées. The minimum is 20 guests. For 60 guests that is $1,139.40 for the food before tax. Trays cost less. A buffet saves you the planning.
Match it to the day
Backyard birthday, ballfield picnic and company cookout all work with the tray plan above. Ask about drop-off catering for the details: there is no service charge on drop-off or pick-up orders.
