Frankfort is in Will County, twenty-eight miles from our Yorkville kitchen, along US Route 30 through Plainfield and New Lenox with I-80 close by. Weddings and rehearsal dinners are the events we outline below, staffed from our own kitchen. Delivery to Frankfort is quoted by distance when you order, and pick-up at 109 E Hydraulic Ave is always an option. The route is planned the night before and the driver texts when five minutes out.
Weddings are planned by one person from first call to the morning of the event. A 20% deposit reserves the date, and tastings are by appointment at our kitchen showroom in Yorkville. Buffet Menu 3 at $20.99 per person offers carved sirloin, chicken cordon bleu, cod, brisket and salmon. Staffed weddings need 14 days' notice at minimum, so call as soon as the date is set. Servers are $35 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
For the night before, Italian catering gives a table of 30 plenty to share. Baked lasagna is $50 or $90, eggplant parmesan is $95 and garlic bread is $19.99 for 12 pieces. Add a classic Caesar salad tray at $49. Plates, napkins and silverware are $1.50 per person, and chafing dishes are $17 per hot dish. Tell us if anyone avoids meat: vegetarian baked lasagna is $40 or $70.
Hot trays set the tone while guests arrive. Bacon wrapped dates are $74 for 40 and gluten free, crabmeat stuffed mushrooms are $69, and antipasto kabobs are $74 for 50. Jumbo chilled shrimp with zesty cocktail sauce is $95 for 60 pieces. Cheese tray with crackers is $69 for 60. Dessert can be chocolate covered strawberries at $69 for 35 to 40. These trays travel well and arrive ready to set out.
