Route 34 is Ogden Avenue by the time it reaches Naperville, and it runs straight from our Yorkville kitchen through Oswego and Aurora into town, twenty miles east. We also take I-88 to the office corridor along Diehl Road and Warrenville Road. Naperville is mostly a workday town for us: boxed lunches, breakfast trays and hot lunch trays delivered by a set time. Delivery is $45.
Our boxed lunches are built for a conference table (see Boxed Lunches). The Basic is $14.50: a sandwich on a fresh baked French roll with chips, a cookie and condiments, in eight choices from turkey BLT to tuna salad to vegetarian. The Executive is $16.50 and adds fruit, potato salad or cole slaw and a brownie or cookie, with twelve choices including the Dagwood and Tuscan turkey. The Executive Chef's Chopped Salad is $17.50 for people who skip bread. The minimum is 20 boxes. Keep sandwich choices to three for 20 boxes and four for larger orders to avoid a 10% charge, and give us three days' notice.
For a morning meeting we deliver the Continental Breakfast at $11.99 per person, fruit and sweet breads with plates included, or the Basic Breakfast Buffet at $16.99 with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and fruit (see Breakfast & Brunch). Breakfast trays of ham, sausage and cheddar or bacon, onion and Swiss are $69 and serve 20. Juice or coffee is $2.49 per person with cups, sugars and creamers. The driver texts when five minutes out.
When the team is tired of sandwiches, trays make a hot lunch for 20 (see Entrées & Sides by the Tray): chicken oreganato, which is gluten free, at $80, baked lasagna at $50 or $90, vegetarian baked lasagna at $40 or $70, classic Caesar salad at $49, garlic bread at $19.99, and brownies at $59 for 35. Chafing dishes are $17 each if lunch will sit.
For a graduation party or a milestone birthday at home, Buffet Menu 1 at $18.99 per person with two entrees, three sides and bread is the straightforward choice, delivered and set up in chafers with plates, napkins and silverware at $1.50 per person.
