Elgin is thirty miles north of our Yorkville kitchen, up Route 31 along the Fox River through Oswego, Aurora and Geneva. It is a long run, so we plan it as one: the route is set the night before and the driver texts when five minutes out. Delivery to Elgin is quoted by distance when you order, and pick-up at 109 E Hydraulic Ave in Yorkville is always an option.
Boxed lunches suit a long conference table. The Basic is $14.50 and the Executive is $16.50, each boxed on a fresh baked French roll, with a 20-box minimum. The Executive Chef's Chopped Salad is $17.50 and gluten free for anyone skipping bread. Because Elgin is a longer drive, tell us the hour your meeting starts and we work the schedule backwards from it. Standard orders need three days' notice, and our corporate page covers formats and minimums.
The Continental Breakfast is $11.99 per person and vegetarian, and the Basic Breakfast Buffet is $16.99 per person. For a smaller group, breakfast trays serve 20 at $69, including the vegetarian tray. Coffee is $89 for 50 six-ounce servings, and juice is $2.49 per person. Breakfast catering details are on one page. Plan on a three-day lead time, and tell us which door the van should use so breakfast is set out before people arrive.
Our largest event was a gala for 2,000 guests, so a hall of 150 is well inside what the kitchen can run. Buffet Menu 3 at $20.99 per person brings carved sirloin, chicken cordon bleu, cod, brisket and salmon. Servers are $35 per hour each with a four-hour minimum, plus a $50 event production fee and a 20% service charge on food and rentals. Staffed events need 14 days' notice.
