Bolingbrook is twenty-four miles from our kitchen: out Route 126 to Plainfield, then north on Route 59 to Boughton Road, or I-55 to Route 53. It is a working town of distribution centers and offices along I-55 and Weber Road, and that shapes what we bring: crew meals, shift breakfasts and boxed lunches, plus family parties in the subdivisions on weekends. Delivery is $50.
For a crew of 60 to 100, build it by the tray so people serve themselves (see Entrées & Sides by the Tray). BBQ pulled pork is $95 a tray with slider buns at $12 for 24; Italian beef au jus is $150 for the large tray with fresh baked French rolls at $11.99 a dozen; baked mostaccioli is $75 for the large tray. Add BBQ baked beans at $49, creamy cole slaw at $55 and assorted home baked cookies at $45 for 40. Chafing dishes are $17 each and keep the beef hot through a long break. For a cold spread, the deli platter at $95 comes with meats, cheeses, fixings, condiments and buns (see Hors d'oeuvres & Platters).
Boxed lunches are $14.50 Basic and $16.50 Executive with a 20-box minimum (see Boxed Lunches). Keep it to four sandwich choices on a large order and we label every box. Give us three days' notice and a contact at the dock or the front desk; the driver texts five minutes before pulling in.
Breakfast trays of ham, sausage and cheddar, bacon, onion and Swiss, or vegetarian are $69 each and serve 20 (see Breakfast & Brunch). The Continental Breakfast is $11.99 per person with fruit and sweet breads, plates included. Coffee is $89 for 50 cups with cups, sugar, creamer and stirrers; a pick-up fee may apply for the thermos urn.
For a graduation or a birthday at home, Buffet Menu 1 at $18.99 per person covers two entrees, three sides and bread for 20 or more, set up in chafers with place settings at $1.50 per person. For a sit-down dinner, Buffet Menu 2 at $19.99 brings chicken marsala, pot roast and our famous seasoned pork chops (see Buffet Menu 2).
