“My wife and I had Upper Crust for our wedding. They did an absolutely fantastic job! Extremely professional, great communication, fantastic food, great service, and they are very willing to do the little details if needed (flexible!). They made us feel less stressed, we could trust them, and we feel like we received great value for the price we paid. I would recommend this caterer to anyone!!”

What to know before you order
Breakfast and lunch delivered to Aurora offices by a set time
A lot of what we bring to Aurora is for a conference room. Tell us when the meeting starts and we plan the van around it; the driver texts when five minutes out (see Corporate lunches).
For breakfast, the Continental is $11.99 per person with a seasonal fruit tray and sweet breads, or the Basic Breakfast Buffet is $16.99 with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and fruit, plates included (see Breakfast & Brunch). Juice or coffee is $2.49 per person. For lunch, boxed lunches are $14.50 Basic or $16.50 Executive with a 20-box minimum, and the Executive Chef's Chopped Salad is $17.50 for people who want greens instead of a roll (see Boxed Lunches). Keep sandwich choices to three for 20 boxes or four for larger orders to avoid a 10% charge.
Church events, fundraisers and family celebrations
Aurora's church halls and family parties want a hot buffet that feeds a crowd. Buffet Menu 1 at $18.99 per person is the workhorse: herb roasted chicken, baked mostaccioli, pulled pork, Polish sausage and sauerkraut, with three sides and bread (see Buffet Menu 1). For a hall of 200 or a fundraiser dinner, servers are $35 per hour with a four-hour minimum and a 20% service charge, and a chef can carve sirloin, ham or turkey in front of your guests for $150 (see Fundraisers & galas). Staffed events need two weeks' notice.
A party at home, by the tray
For a birthday, a quinceañera or a baptism reception at home, trays let you serve what your family likes (see Entrées & Sides by the Tray). Baked beef enchiladas are $74 a tray, mini beef burritos $69 for 40 and mini chicken quesadillas $69 for 60 when in season. Italian beef au jus is $90 or $150 with French rolls at $11.99 a dozen. Chafing dishes are $17 each.
Downtown and the riverfront
Downtown Aurora and the Fox River side are an easy stop for us. For a grand opening or a reception, the platter menu covers it: jumbo chilled shrimp at $95 for 60, antipasto kabobs at $74 for 50, bruschetta at $45 for 60 and mini cream puffs at $45 for 50.

“Upper Crust just catered my daughter's bridal shower. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Staff was very professional, answered all of my questions and arrived on time for set up. I would definitely recommend Upper Crust catering.”
“We had some catering done by Upper Crust for our son's high school graduation. We had used them previously for a wedding reception as well. The food is always excellent and there were so many people who said how good it was. I have always been impressed with this company. They are kind and courteous and will always answer all your questions. Great job!!!”
