For pulled pork sliders, order BBQ Pulled Pork, $95 a tray, serves 20, and Slider Sandwich Buns, $12 a tray of 24. Plan 1 to 2 sliders a guest at a party with other food, more if sliders are the meal. The pork is braised in our own BBQ sauce, full of flavor and not too sweet. Buns are sold separately by the tray, in case you are looking for slider buns by the tray rather than a finished sandwich.
What it costs
We pair one pork tray with one bun tray per 20 to 25 guests when sliders are part of a bigger spread with sides.
- 20 guests: 1 pork tray and 1 bun tray, $95 + $12 = $107.
- 40 guests: 2 + 2, $190 + $24 = $214.
- 50 guests: 3 + 3, $285 + $36 = $321. This is the ratio in our graduation party menu.
- 100 guests: 6 + 6, $570 + $72 = $642.
If sliders are the whole meal, add a pork tray and a bun tray for every 40 guests.

Yes. $12 for a tray of 24, with about three days' notice.
Is the pork hot?
Pulled pork is a hot tray. We can add a chafing dish at $17 to keep it warm at your party.
