Lombard is in DuPage County a few miles north of I-88, twenty-eight miles from the Yorkville kitchen. Drop-off suits a town this size: a few trays, set out in your own kitchen, with no service staff. Delivery to Lombard is quoted by distance when you order, and you can always pick up at our Yorkville kitchen. We plan the route the night before, and the driver texts when five minutes out.
Drop-off orders carry no service charge, and trays have no minimum. For 40 people, two BBQ pulled pork trays at $95 each serve 20 apiece, with slider sandwich buns at $12 for 24. Add BBQ baked beans at $49, potato salad at $49 and a watermelon wedge platter at $59 for 40 to 45 pieces. Mac and cheese and garlic mashed potatoes by the tray are also available.
Graduation weekends fill early, so call as soon as the date is set. For 60 guests, Buffet Menu 1 at $18.99 per person puts a hot spread on one table. Each hot dish needs a chafing dish at $17, and plates, napkins and silverware are $1.50 per person. Prefer to skip the buffet? Three trays of baked mostaccioli at $75 each are another route. Staffed service is possible for bigger parties.
Not everything needs a heat source. The assorted cheese tray with crackers is $69 for 60 pieces, fresh vegetable crudités are $59 for 25 to 30 guests and bruschetta with garlic toast points is $45 for 60. For dessert, an assorted dessert tray is $59 for 40 pieces and brownies are $59 for 35. Iced tea, punch or lemonade is $89 for 50 servings. Everything comes from one inspected kitchen.
