Delivery starts at $40 and depends on the town. Sales tax is 9.25%. Drop-off orders need three days' notice.
Boxed lunches are the simplest order for a meeting. Everything is in the box, nobody serves, and the room is clean in two minutes. Twenty Basic Boxed Lunches are 20 x $14.50 = $290, or $14.50 a person. Twenty Executive boxes are $330. Add Soft Drinks or Bottled Water at $2.49 each, $49.80 for 20. Delivery (from $40) and tax are extra.
Keep sandwich choices to three for orders of 20 or fewer and four for larger orders. More choices than that carry a 10% charge. The Basic box offers tuna salad, ham & cheddar, combo, chicken Caesar wrap, turkey BLT, smoked turkey & Swiss, shaved roast beef & cheddar or vegetarian, so three picks covers most rooms.
For a lunch-and-learn, a quarterly meeting or a crew that has earned a hot meal, order Buffet Menu 1 with Chicken Alfredo with Bow Tie Pasta and Baked Mostaccioli, plus Classic Caesar Salad, Garden Vegetable Medley, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and bread.
Food: 40 x $18.99 = $759.60. Plates, napkins and silverware: $60. Four chafing dishes at $17: $68. Subtotal $887.60, or $22.19 a person before delivery and tax.
A Continental Breakfast is $11.99 per person with fruit and sweet breads, plates included. The Basic Breakfast Buffet is $16.99 with eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and fruit. Orange Juice, Apple Juice or Coffee is $2.49 per person. See the breakfast catering page for worked examples.
If your team eats together every week or every month, tell us the schedule once. We keep your choices and dietary notes on file, so each order is a text or a one-line email. We can send invoices to your accounts team on request. Ask about this when you request a quote (see get a quote).
Every order has a dietary notes box. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy meals are prepared separately and labelled, so the person who needs it can find it without asking around the room.
