Wheaton is the DuPage County seat, twenty-five miles from our Yorkville kitchen by way of Route 34 and I-88 east. The food that suits a Wheaton household is a table for friends and family: showers, brunches and birthday dinners. Delivery to Wheaton is quoted by distance when you order, and pick-up at the kitchen is always an option. The route is planned the night before and the driver texts when five minutes out.
The Shower Package is $21.99 per person with croissant sandwiches, salads and sweet treats, and it starts at 20 guests. If you would rather build your own, finger sandwiches are $89 for 60 pieces and pinwheel sandwiches are $79 for 60. A brunch at home does not need a buffet line. Breakfast trays serve 20 at $69 and come in ham, sausage and cheddar, bacon, onion and Swiss, or vegetarian. Ham steaks with biscuits and sausage gravy are $6.99 per person. Orange juice, apple juice or coffee is $2.49 per person. Order three days ahead and pick up in Yorkville or ask for a delivery quote. Everything is cooked from scratch.
For a seated dinner at home, Buffet Menu 1 at $18.99 per person is the comfortable choice, with herb roasted chicken, baked mostaccioli, meat loaf and pulled pork on the list. Finish with homemade apple crisp at $49, serving 12 to 15, or a cheesecake squares tray at $59 for 35 pieces. Plates, napkins and silverware are $1.50 per person and chafing dishes are $17 per hot dish, so the table is ready when the food lands.
