How it works

Three steps, no chasing

  1. 1

Tell us the date, the headcount and the building

Use the quote form or call. A rough headcount is fine to start.

  2. 2

Get a written quote the same business day

Itemised, with the delivery fee for your town. Confirm with a deposit online or ask us to invoice the company.

  3. 3

Lunch arrives labelled and on time

The driver texts when they are five minutes out. Buffets are set up; boxes are ready to hand out.

Standing lunch day

The same day every week, one invoice a month

Pick a weekday. The team orders from the group link by the day before, the boxes arrive at the same time every week, and accounting gets one invoice at the end of the month. Skip a week with a text. Ask us about the weekly rate.

Planning a holiday party, a retirement send-off or a client event? The same kitchen does staffed buffets, carving stations and passed appetizers for up to 2,000 guests.

Questions offices ask

The practical details

How does a group order work?
Tell us the date, the headcount and the building. We send a written quote the same day with a simple pick list for the team: everyone chooses their box, every box arrives labelled, and you get one invoice.
What is the minimum order?
Boxed lunch and buffet packages start at 20 people. Trays and platters have no minimum, so a small team can order a sandwich platter or a dessert tray on its own.
How much notice do you need?
3 days for boxed lunches and trays, more for a staffed event. Need something sooner? Call (630) 553-9533 and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
Do you invoice the company?
Yes. Every order comes with an itemised invoice you can forward to accounting, and a quote confirms with a deposit paid online. Ask about a standing weekly lunch day with one invoice a month.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian boxes and trays are on every menu, and we mark gluten-aware and dairy-free choices when you tell us. Add the needs to the order and we label the boxes.
Where do you deliver?
Across the west suburbs from our kitchen in downtown Yorkville: Oswego, Plano, Montgomery, Sugar Grove, Plainfield, Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Bolingbrook and Joliet among others. Delivery fees by town are on the site, and the driver texts when they are five minutes out.
Do you set up?
For a hot buffet, yes: chafers, serving pieces, plates and napkins, set out where you want it. Boxed lunches are dropped off labelled and ready to hand out.
