Questions
How many people does a tray feed?
Hot entrée trays and side trays serve 20. Appetizer, platter and dessert trays are sized by piece count, which is on each dish page. The calculator uses those counts.
Is the total a quote?
No. It is a planning guide using current tray prices plus sales tax. Delivery, chafing dishes, plates and staff are quoted separately in your written quote.
What if I want to feed fewer than 20 people?
Trays and platters have no minimum, so you can order one tray for a small group. Buffet menus priced per person start at 20 guests.
How far ahead do I order?
Three days for standard orders. Staffed events need 14 days. Call (630) 553-9533 if your date is sooner and we will tell you what we can do.
