What people eat on game day
A game runs three to four hours and people graze the whole time. Hot food in the first hour, something cold on the table all day, and a sweet thing at halftime. Here is how we would build it from the menu.
- Hot and handhel Boneless Win, $69, 60 pieces. Chicken Drummettes, $100, 120 pieces. Cocktail Meatballs, $64, 100 pieces. Mini Italian Sausage Kebabs, $74, 60 pieces. Mini Beef Burritos, $69, 40 pieces.
- Slider BBQ Pulled Po, $95, serves 20, with Slider Sandwich Buns, $12 for 24. We cover the numbers in pulled pork sliders for a crowd.
- Cold and easy: the Cheese & Sausage Tray, Fresh Vegetable Crudités, $59, serves 25 to 30, and Bruschetta with Garlic Toast Points, $45, 60 pieces.
- Swee Browni, $59, 35 count, or Assorted Home Baked Cookies, $45, 40 count.
A spread for 20 guests
We plan about 12 to 14 pieces a guest when appetizers are the whole meal. That is a planning guide, not a promise, and it goes up if the party starts early.
- 1 tray Boneless Wings: $69, 60 pieces
- 1 tray Cocktail Meatballs: $64, 100 pieces
- 1 Cheese & Sausage Tray: $79, 120 pieces
- 1 tray Brownies: $59
That is 280 savory pieces, 14 a guest, and $271 total, or $13.55 a person. Add 9.25% sales tax.
A spread for 40 guests
- 2 trays BBQ Pulled Pork at $95: $190
- 2 trays Slider Sandwich Buns at $12: $24 (48 sliders)
- 1 tray Boneless Wings: $69
- 1 tray Cocktail Meatballs: $64
- 1 Cheese & Sausage Tray: $79
- 2 trays BBQ Baked Beans at $49: $98
- 1 tray Brownies: $59
Total $583, about $14.58 a person. With 9.25% sales tax it is $636.93.
Keeping it hot
Wings, meatballs, pork and beans are hot trays. A Chafing Dish Set is $17 per hot dish and yours to keep, so four hot trays is $68. If you want to return it, a Stainless Steel Chafing Dish (rental) is $20. Add Plates, Napkins & Silverware at $1.50 a person, and wings are messy, so lean toward more napkins than you think.
When to order
We need about three days' notice on standard orders, and we are open Monday to Friday 10 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 2. For a Sunday game, plan to pick up Friday or Saturday. Do not wait for the week of the game, because that is when everyone calls. Trays have no minimum order. For the numbers on a single tray, see our Super Bowl menu page and the party food calculator.

Questions
How many wings per person?
We plan about 4 to 6 pieces a guest if wings are a main item, fewer if there are sliders and other trays. A tray of Boneless Wings has 60 pieces, so it covers 10 to 15 guests on its own.
What is the difference between Boneless Wings and Chicken Drummettes?
Boneless Wings are $69 for 60 pieces. Chicken Drummettes are $100 for 120 pieces, which is the better price per piece for a big room.
What can vegetarians eat?
Fresh Vegetable Crudités, the Assorted Cheese Tray with Crackers at $69, and Bruschetta with Garlic Toast Points are all listed as vegetarian.
Can you deliver on game day?
Delivery is quoted when you order. Pick-up at the kitchen in Yorkville is the simplest, and you can hold hot trays in chafing dishes.
