Corporate lunch catering: matching the format to the meeting, with prices for 30

Corporate lunch catering works best when you choose the format by the kind of meeting, not by the price alone. For 30 people, Executive Boxed Lunches cost 30 x $16.50 = $495, a hot buffet costs $569.70 to $629.70 depending on the menu, and trays have no minimum so a smaller group can order too. Pick up in Yorkville or ask for quoted delivery. We need three days' notice.

Match the lunch to the meeting

• Working lunch at desks or in a conference room. Boxed lunches. Nobody leaves their seat and cleanup is a bin. Basic is $14.50, Executive is $16.50, and the Executive Chef's Chopped Salad is $17.50. The minimum is 20 boxes.
• Training day or all-hands. A buffet. People take their time, serve themselves and sit together. Buffet Menu 1 is $18.99 a person, Menu 2 is $19.99 and Menu 3 is $20.99. Starts at 20 guests.
• Small team of 12. Trays. They have no minimum, so a Sandwich Platter at $79 with a side tray is an option below the box minimum. Tell us the headcount and we will say how many platters. Our smallest office lunch has been 12 guests.
• Client lunch. The Executive Boxed Lunch, or a buffet on Menu 2 with Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, Yankee Pot Roast, Roast Turkey and Our Famous Seasoned Pork Chops to pick from.

All before 9.25% sales tax.

• 30 Basic Boxed Lunches: 30 x $14.50 = $435
• 30 Executive Boxed Lunches: 30 x $16.50 = $495
• Buffet Menu 1: 30 x $18.99 = $569.70
• Buffet Menu 2: 30 x $19.99 = $599.70
• Buffet Menu 3: 30 x $20.99 = $629.70

Add Coffee, $89 for 50 six-ounce servings, or Iced Tea, Punch or Lemonade, $89 for 50 servings with cups included. Plates, napkins and silverware are $1.50 a person: 30 x $1.50 = $45.

Paperwork that makes it easy

• One sheet. Food, extras, rentals and tax are priced in writing on one sheet before you commit. That is the number you give accounting.
• Tax-exempt. If your organization is tax-exempt, send the certificate before we write the invoice.
• Payment. We take card, check or ACH.
• Quote validity. A quote is valid for 14 days.
• Drop-off orders. No service charge on drop-off or pick-up orders.

When you need staff

For a seated or served lunch, we send staff. Servers are $35 an hour each with a 4-hour minimum, plus a $50 event production fee and a 20% service charge on food and rentals. Staffed events need 14 days' notice. For a hot buffet you set up yourself, chafing dishes are $17 per hot dish and yours to keep, or $20 for a stainless steel rental you return.

Dietary needs

Ask your team ahead. Our buffet entrées include vegetarian dishes such as Eggplant Parmesan and Garden Vegetable Primavera, and gluten-free dishes such as Chicken Oreganato. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, fish and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of trace amounts.
