There are three ways to order, and the price follows the way: trays you pick up (entrées from $39 a tray), boxed lunches from $14.50 each with a 20-box minimum, and hot buffets from $18.99 a person with a 20-guest minimum. 1. Trays you pick up
Hot entrées, sides, salads, platters and desserts by the tray, ready at our kitchen at 109 E. Hydraulic Ave. Most trays serve about 20 people.
- Meatless Mostaccioli: from $39. Baked Mostaccioli: from $45. Baked Lasagna: from $50. Each comes in two sizes.
- Chicken Oreganato: $80. BBQ Pulled Pork: $95.

2. Boxed lunches
Individually boxed lunches on a fresh baked French roll with condiments. The minimum is 20 boxes.
- Basic Boxed Lunch: $14.50.
- Executive Boxed Lunch: $16.50, adds a side and a brownie or cookie.
- Executive Chef's Chopped Salad: $17.50.
Twenty Basic boxes are $290 before tax and delivery.
3. Hot buffets
Two entrées, three sides and a bread, priced per person, with a 20-guest minimum.
- Buffet Menu 1: $18.99. Buffet Menu 2: $19.99. Buffet Menu 3: $20.99.
- Plates, napkins and silverware: $1.50 a person. A chafing dish to keep each hot dish warm: $17.
Example for 50 guests on Menu 1: food $949.50, settings $75, two chafers $34, which is $1,058.50 or $21.17 a person. Add 9.25% tax ($97.91) for $1,156.41, plus delivery.
