Our ham & cheddar is a choice on every boxed lunch, from $14.50 each with a 20-box minimum, and ham is one of three meats on the Sandwich Platter at $79. We bake the French rolls fresh. Jambon is simply the French word for ham; the classic jambon-beurre is ham and butter on a baguette. Ours are American deli-style on a French roll with lettuce, tomato and cheese. - Basic Boxed Lunch: $14.50. A fresh baked French roll with a cookie, chips and condiments. Choices include ham & cheddar and a combo of ham, turkey and genoa salami.
- Executive Boxed Lunch: $16.50. Adds fruit, potato salad or cole slaw, and a brownie or cookie.
- Sandwich Platter: $79. An assortment of freshly made ham, smoked turkey and roast beef sandwiches, all with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Mustard, mayo and bistro sauce on the side.
- Deli Platter: $95. Deli meats and cheeses with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and olives, with sandwich buns included, so guests build their own.
- Assorted Finger Sandwiches: $89, 60 pieces.
- Pinwheel Sandwiches: $79, 60 pieces.
Boxed lunches carry a 20-box minimum, and to avoid a 10% charge you keep sandwich choices to three for 20 boxes or fewer and four for more. Platters have no guest minimum.
