Gluten-free catering near Yorkville: what we can serve and how to order safely
Which dishes on our menu are marked gluten-free, what to tell us when you order, and what to ask any caterer about cross-contact.
By the Upper Crust Catering kitchen

Yes, we can cater gluten-free guests. Several dishes on our menu are marked gluten-free, and our chefs prepare separate meals for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal or allergy-specific guests when you tell us ahead of time. Every order has a dietary notes box, and the best habit is to call (630) 553-9533 and say it out loud as well. If someone has celiac disease or a serious allergy, tell us that specifically, because it changes how we handle the food.

What to ask any caterer
- Which dishes are gluten-free by recipe, and how are they kept apart from bread, breading and pasta during cooking and serving?
- Is there a separate plate and utensil for the gluten-free guest?
- Can you label the dishes on the buffet?
Our kitchen also makes breaded chicken, pasta and fresh bread, so tell us if cross-contact matters for your guest and we will plan around it. We would rather talk it through than guess.
How to order
Add a note in the dietary notes box, give the number of guests and what they need, and we will confirm the plan in writing. You can also see the whole menu and the general FAQ. For menus with a gluten-free guest in the room, see our wedding catering page.
